We are currently seeking an

IT Solution Architect for Supply Chain Operations (m/f/x)

Key Responsibilities:

We are in search of an IT Solution Architect to serve as an internal consultant and service manager, ensuring the effective operation of IT services within the supply chain domain and driving the optimization and advancement of processes, services, and interfaces at our production facility. The primary focus will be on internal logistics related to warehousing, shipping, and production, as well as technology and maintenance.

Following appropriate training, the role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Assist business process owners and key users in supply chain operations by analyzing requirements, developing optimization strategies, and crafting solution concepts for implementation. Deploy new services in the aforementioned domains. Modify existing services and liaise with external service providers. Manage medium to large-scale projects. Aid specialist departments in test preparation and execution. Oversee 2nd level support (incident and problem management) and manage service requests, including coordination with external service providers. Monitor processes and interfaces. Engage in the evaluation, execution, and implementation of change control processes. Prepare necessary documentation in a regulated environment (GxP).

Qualifications & Experience:

Completed degree in business informatics or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in service architecture and management. Proficiency in both German and English is essential. Strong understanding of ITIL principles. Experience in the implementation and management of IT services, ideally with external service providers. Solid grasp of supply chain operations processes and familiarity with procedures in a regulated environment (GxP). Preferably, knowledge of SAP Logistics or Manufacturing. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Independent, results-driven work ethic. Analytical and structured thought process.
