IT Solution Architect for Supply Chain Operations (m/f/x)
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our IT division, we are in search of an IT Solution Architect to serve as an internal consultant and service manager. This role is pivotal in supporting the efficient operation of IT services within supply chain operations, alongside the enhancement and evolution of processes, services, and interfaces at our production facility.
Upon receiving adequate training, the responsibilities will encompass:
- Assisting business process owners and key users in supply chain operations with requirement analysis, development of optimization strategies, and creation of solution concepts for implementation.
- Deploying new services in the specified domains.
- Modifying existing services and coordinating with external service providers.
- Managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Supporting specialized departments in test preparation and execution.
- Overseeing 2nd level support (incident and problem management) and managing service requests, including the organization and monitoring of these services by external providers.
- Monitoring processes and interfaces.
- Participating in the assessment, execution, and implementation of change control processes.
- Preparing necessary documentation in a regulated environment (GxP).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Completed studies in business informatics or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in service architecture and management.
- Proficient in both German and English.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
- Experience in the implementation and management of IT services, preferably with external service providers.
- Solid grasp of supply chain operations processes and familiarity with regulated environments (GxP).
- Desirable knowledge of SAP Logistics or Manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to work independently and results-oriented.
- Analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
- Enjoyment of complex challenges and a strong customer service orientation.
