For our IT division, we are seeking an

IT Solutions Architect for Supply Chain Operations (m/f/x)

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an IT Solutions Architect to serve as an internal consultant and service manager, supporting the effective operation of IT services in supply chain operations while optimizing and advancing processes, services, and interfaces at our production site. The primary focus will be on internal logistics related to warehousing, shipping, and production, as well as technology and maintenance.

Following appropriate training, the responsibilities will encompass the following areas:

Assist business process owners and key users in supply chain operations with requirement analysis, development of optimization strategies, and formulation of solution concepts for implementation. Deploy new services in the aforementioned domains. Modify existing services and coordinate with external service providers. Manage medium to large-scale projects. Support departments in test preparation and execution. Oversee 2nd level support (incident and problem management) and manage service requests or organize and monitor these services through external providers. Ensure monitoring of processes and interfaces. Engage in the evaluation, execution, and implementation of change control processes. Prepare necessary documentation in a regulated environment (GxP).

Qualifications & Experience:

Completed studies in business informatics or a related field. 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in service architecture and management. Proficiency in both German and English is essential. Strong understanding of ITIL principles. Experience in the implementation and operation of IT services, ideally with management of external service providers. Comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations processes and experience in regulated environments (GxP). Preferably, good knowledge of SAP Logistics or Manufacturing. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Independent and results-driven work ethic. Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving. Enthusiasm for complex tasks and a strong customer and service orientation. Values of trust, collegiality, respect, and openness.
