IT Solution Architect for Supply Chain Operations (m/f/x)
Key Responsibilities:
As part of our IT division, we are in search of an IT Solution Architect to function as an internal consultant and service manager. This role is pivotal in supporting the effective operation of IT services related to supply chain processes, alongside the enhancement and evolution of workflows, services, and interfaces at our production facility. The primary focus will be on internal logistics concerning warehousing, shipping, and production, as well as technology and maintenance.
Following comprehensive training, the role will encompass the following responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience:
Completed degree in business informatics or a related field. 3 to 5 years of pertinent professional experience in service architecture and management. Proficiency in both German and English is essential. Strong understanding of ITIL principles. Experience in the implementation and management of IT services, preferably with external service providers. Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain operations processes and familiarity with corresponding procedures in a regulated environment (GxP). Ideally, familiarity with SAP Logistics or Manufacturing. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Independent, results-driven work ethic. Strong analytical and structured thinking abilities.
