Wir suchen einen engagierten Supply Chain Expert (m/w/d) für unseren Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort in Pfaffenhofen/Ilm.

Hauptraumfelder
  • Planung und Optimierung der Produktion von Arzneimitteln (Herstellung und Endverpackung)
  • Planung von Produktionsaufträgen und Disposition unter Berücksichtigung von Kunden- und Auftragspriorisierung, Personalkapazität, Materialverfügbarkeit und Lieferterminen
  • Erstellung von Mittelfristplanungen für die Herstellung und Verpackung
  • Optimierung des Produktionsplanungsverfahrens und -systems sowie der Produktionsauslastung
  • Überarbeitung und Optimierung von Prozess- und Planungsparametern sowie Stammdatenpflege im ERP-System
  • Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern hinsichtlich Auftrags- und Materialsituation
  • Erstellung von Forecast/Reportings
  • Key-User-Funktion IT-Tools Fachbereich inkl. Betreuung und Schulung des Teams
  • Projektarbeit
Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung, Einkauf oder einer vergleichbaren Position in einem produzierenden Pharmaunternehmen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, sowie SAP insbesondere Module PP, MM, WM
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigeninitiative, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, sicheres Auftreten und analytische Denkweise
