Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for guiding Enterprise customers through onboarding and beyond, ensuring they achieve long-term success with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new Enterprise customers, providing personalized support and training to ensure they maximize the value of our solution
  • Conduct workshops to understand customers' decision-making processes, business domains, and use cases, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Analyze customer-provided domain data to ensure accurate results and provide meaningful insights
  • Communicate complex AI-driven results and metrics to customers, often with limited technical expertise
  • Serve as a bridge between customers, our integration team, and product development, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution
  • Nurture long-term customer relationships, understanding their business environments and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Support our sales team with presales activities, identifying potential customers and developing strategic account plans
  • Act as the internal 'voice of the customer,' collaborating with product development to ensure customer needs are met and product enhancements are prioritized
  • Drive process improvements and automation to enable business growth and scalability
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar field, such as Customer Success Management, Account Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Data Science Consulting, with a focus on Enterprise/B2B customers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills
  • Affinity for data science and technical topics, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to decision-makers
  • Affinity for data and databases, with experience in Snowflake or similar platforms
  • Experience in the supply chain domain or B2B software industry is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and machine learning concepts is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of data engineering processes is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English, with a strong preference for German-speaking candidates due to the company's focus on the DACH region
