Customer Success Manager

About the Job
We're seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our team at SAS. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to support customers from onboarding through technology adoption and expansion.
- Create programs to support customer retention and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account management processes.
- Guide team members on customer relationship management techniques, territory/segment management, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer or business partner relationship management, sales, or marketing.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Knowledge of complex computer software products, solutions, services, and hardware.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
