We are currently seeking to fill the following position at our headquarters for our Global Innovation FP&A Team.
Become a part of an outstanding team at our headquarters, collaborating with a dedicated global FP&A team and colleagues worldwide to drive impactful business results, foster growth, and enhance learning.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and present financial reports and analyses for the global R&D organization, including project costs, capital expenditures, and personnel cost planning.
- Assist the R&D organization in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Support project managers in formulating business plans for new product initiatives.
- Facilitate subsidy and R&D grant application processes from a financial perspective with external entities.
- Continuously enhance reporting and planning processes to promote efficient decision-making within the R&D organization, driving growth and return on investment.
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or equivalent).
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing and R&D environment, preferably with project cost management experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen to comprehend complex product portfolios and life cycles.
- Proficient technical knowledge with the ability to create consistent reporting and modeling in Power BI and Excel, adaptable to future developments in the BI landscape, with experience in SAP.
- Customer-oriented, structured thinker, and sensitive to deadlines.
- Fluent in both German and English.
