We are currently seeking to fill a position at our headquarters for our Global Innovation FP&A Team.

Senior FP&A Analyst – Global Business Units (d/f/m)

  • Join a dynamic team at our headquarters, collaborating with a dedicated global FP&A team and colleagues worldwide to drive impactful business results, foster growth, and enhance learning.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conduct financial reporting and analysis for the respective global Business Units.

    • Assist the Business Unit organization in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.

    • Support product managers with profitability and sales analysis to facilitate the development of portfolio strategies.

    • Contribute to the formulation of business plans for new product initiatives.

    • Continuously enhance reporting and planning processes to promote efficient decision-making, driving growth and maintaining a robust product portfolio.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or equivalent).

    • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing and R&D context, ideally with commercial exposure.

    • Strong analytical capabilities and a solid business understanding to navigate complex product portfolios and life cycles, as well as market entry strategies.

    • Proficient technical skills in building consistent reporting and modeling using Power BI and Excel, with the ability to adapt to future developments in the BI landscape, along with experience in SAP.

    • Customer-oriented, structured thinker, and attentive to deadlines.

    • Fluent in both German and English.
