Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst – Global Business Units to join our Global Innovation FP&A Team. This role is based at our headquarters and involves collaboration with a dedicated FP&A team and colleagues globally to drive impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate comprehensive financial reports and analyses for the global Business Units.
  • Assist the Business Unit organization in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
  • Provide support to product managers through profitability and sales reporting and analysis, facilitating the development of portfolio strategies.
  • Contribute to the formulation of business plans for new product initiatives.
  • Continuously enhance reporting and planning processes to promote efficient decision-making and maintain a robust product portfolio.

Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Finance (Bachelor's or Master's) or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or controlling, preferably within a manufacturing and R&D context with commercial exposure.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and business insight to navigate complex product portfolios and life cycles, as well as market strategies.
  • Proficient in creating consistent reporting and modeling using Power BI and Excel, with a readiness to adapt to future developments in the BI landscape; experience with SAP is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused, organized, and adept at meeting deadlines.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
