We are currently seeking a dedicated professional for our Global Innovation FP&A Team.

Senior FP&A Analyst – Global Business Units (d/f/m)

  • Join a dynamic team at our headquarters, collaborating with a committed global FP&A group and colleagues worldwide to drive impactful business outcomes while fostering personal growth and learning.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analyses for the respective global Business Units.

    • Assist the Business Unit organization in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.

    • Support product managers with profitability assessments and sales analyses to facilitate the development of portfolio strategies.

    • Contribute to the formulation of business plans for new product initiatives.

    • Continuously enhance reporting and planning processes to promote efficient decision-making that drives growth and maintains a robust product portfolio.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Finance or a related field.

    • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing and R&D environment, ideally with commercial exposure.

    • Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen to navigate complex product portfolios and life cycles, as well as market entry strategies.

    • Proficient technical skills in building consistent reporting and modeling using Power BI and Excel, with the ability to adapt to future developments in the BI landscape, and experience with SAP.

    • Customer-oriented, structured thinker with a keen sense of deadlines.

    • Fluency in both German and English.
