We are currently seeking a talented individual for our Global Innovation FP&A Team.

Senior FP&A Analyst – Global Business Units (d/f/m)

  • Become part of an exceptional team at our headquarters, collaborating with a dedicated global FP&A team and colleagues worldwide to drive significant business outcomes, enhance growth, and expand your expertise.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Generate comprehensive financial reports and analyses for the designated global Business Units.

    • Assist the Business Unit organization in the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.

    • Support product managers with profitability assessments and sales analysis to facilitate the development of portfolio strategies.

    • Contribute to the formulation of business plans for new product initiatives.

    • Continuously enhance reporting and planning processes to promote efficient decision-making that fosters growth and maintains a robust product portfolio.

    CANDIDATE PROFILE

    • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or a related field).

    • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing and R&D context, ideally with commercial exposure.

    • Strong analytical capabilities and a solid business acumen to navigate complex product portfolios and life cycles, as well as market entry strategies.

    • Proficient technical skills with a proven ability to develop consistent reporting and modeling in Power BI and Excel, along with adaptability to future advancements in the BI landscape; experience with SAP is a plus.

    • Customer-focused, organized, and deadline-sensitive.

    • Fluent in both German and English.
