We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Transformation Specialist to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving digitalization forward and enabling sales transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage different themes in our SieSales implementation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement User Stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Business Partners, Service Delivery, and internal IT partners, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Design and execute test scripts, ensuring thorough testing and validation of User Stories.
  • Provide training and system documentation support, ensuring seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Support first-level support in your areas of expertise, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Contribute to shaping strategic Sales Transformation topics, leveraging your expertise in AI-based initiatives and CPQ.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in delivering IT services and/or projects, with a strong background in managing suppliers in complex IT projects.
  • Proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical IT specifications.
  • Experience in CRM services and sales processes, with a strong knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external counterparts.
  • Strong team player skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals.
  • Proactive team worker, with excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Solid commercial, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Business fluent in English, with German as a bonus.
