About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving digitalization forward and enabling sales transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Theme Ownership: Own and manage different themes, such as Sites and Installations, Sales Engagement, and Contracts, within our SieSales (Siemens Salesforce CRM implementation).
  • User Story Management: Manage User Stories for required changes, enhancements, or global requirements, ensuring that acceptance criteria are stated clearly and correctly.
  • Best Practices: Ensure that best practices and guidelines are applied for each new User Story.
  • Evaluation and Handover: Evaluate User Stories (regional/HQ) and hand over to Service Delivery.
  • Key Contact: Serve as the key contact for all stakeholders, including Business Partner, Service Delivery, internal IT partners, and regional Champions.
  • Test Scripting and Sessions: Write test scripts and organize test sessions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Testing and Support: Test all User Stories and provide support for Training and System Documentation in alignment with Business Partner.
  • First-Level Support: Provide first-level support in your topics.
  • Strategic Sales Transformation: Support in shaping strategic Sales Transformation topics, such as AI-based initiatives and CPQ.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Information Technology or similar.
  • Experience: Extensive experience delivering IT services and/or projects, as well as working with and managing suppliers in complex IT projects for large-scale global enterprise environments.
  • IT Services Management: Experience in managing IT Services in partnership with System Integrators.
  • Business Requirements: Proven ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical IT specifications.
  • CRM Services: Experience in CRM services and sales processes, and knowledge of Salesforce is essential.
  • Critical Thinking: Proven ability to identify critical requirement information across sales processes and peripheral source processes and systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships with internal and external counterparts.
  • Team Player: Strong team player skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Commercial Skills: Solid commercial, numerical, and analytical skills.
  • Language: Business fluent in English. German is a bonus.
