Envisioning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Envisioning Specialist to join our team at AVANTGARDE Talents GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Inspire and instill confidence in customer audiences by facilitating solution area capability demos, industry demos, and customer success demos.
- Demo Delivery: Deliver demos in person at our Microsoft Experience Center EMEA, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers.
- Documentation and Scripting: Lead documentation and prepare/write scripts for assigned demos and experiences, packaging up materials for consumption by other teams.
- Expertise and Evangelism: Share expertise to evangelize highly complex customer engagement delivery programs to stakeholders, partners, and customers, gaining buy-in and driving business growth.
- Technology Deployment: Manage the deployment of new technology experiences/demos in the Center, in partnership with the global technology operations team.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in customer delivery, providing insight and perspective to CET partners and the global community of Envisioning Specialists.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Partner with Microsoft Technology Center (MTC) Technical Architects on learning new technologies and unlocking activities for getting customers to the next-best action.
- Trend Identification and Feedback: Identify trends, business needs, challenges, and feedback from customer engagements, providing feedback on existing experiences and ongoing ideas for potential new experiences.
- Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field, with profound professional experience in enterprise sales, marketing, or business development.
- Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- Communication Skills: A natural storyteller with exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Expertise in the areas of Azure (Data & AI, Apps & Infra), Modern Workplace, and Business Applications, from a prior sales, marketing, or engineering role related to these areas.
- Business Acumen: Conversational depth of subject matter expertise in IT, Cloud, and Software business trends, including impact of digital transformation on Microsoft's priority industry verticals.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent deliverables, and to move fluidly from project work to presenting in front of customers across multiple engagements per day and week.
