Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute training activities for the digitalization of processes, including the implementation of SuccessFactors.
- Create training objectives and content for the successful implementation of training projects.
- Coordinate and validate training activities with process teams and subject matter experts.
- Develop and maintain business process materials and user guides with SAP Enable Now.
- Implement training projects within specified timeframes.
- Collaborate with the consulting team in the development of training curricula and materials.
- Develop training materials as required.
- Support the development of a train-the-trainer approach and training moderation (if required).
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of experience in HR, Recruiting, or TA.
- At least 8 years of experience in training and adult education.
- At least two years of experience in training with SuccessFactors (desired).
- Strong understanding of fundamental SuccessFactors concepts and interfaces (desired).
- Previous experience as a trainer with a focus on training HR, business processes, workflow, and technology.
- Experience with SAP Enable Now (or other platforms like WalkMe) (desired).
