Position Overview:

As a Customer Relations Assistant for Key Accounts at CYBEX GMBH, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and support for our valued clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate order management through various channels, including phone, email, and electronic data interchange (EDI).
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and proactively address any logistical challenges that may arise.
  • Provide assistance to the accounts payable and finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners, fostering strong relationships.
  • Execute administrative and organizational duties to support overall business functions.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Support the testing of new transactions and processes within the SAP system.
  • Manage special payment arrangements and collaborate with banking institutions.
  • Assist in the preparation of CRM reports to track customer interactions and performance.
  • Establish country-specific payment and export conditions to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee special shipping requests to meet customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent educational background.
  • Ideally, up to three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, exhibiting resilience and flexibility.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in both English and German languages.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
