Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate order management through various channels, including phone, email, and electronic data interchange (EDI).
- Coordinate delivery schedules and proactively address any logistical challenges that may arise.
- Provide assistance to the accounts payable and finance teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Act as the primary liaison for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners, fostering strong relationships.
- Execute administrative and organizational duties to support overall business functions.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Support the testing of new transactions and processes within the SAP system.
- Manage special payment arrangements and collaborate with banking institutions.
- Assist in the preparation of CRM reports to track customer interactions and performance.
- Establish country-specific payment and export conditions to ensure compliance.
- Oversee special shipping requests to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent educational background.
- Ideally, up to three years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, exhibiting resilience and flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in both English and German languages.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications; familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is preferred.
