Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented KAM Central Assistant to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our logistics and customer service team, you will be responsible for managing orders, planning deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders efficiently and accurately via phone, email, or EDI package
- Plan and coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and smooth logistics
- Support the accounts payable and finance department with administrative tasks
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners
- Perform administrative and organizational tasks to maintain a high level of productivity
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Assist in testing new transactions and processes in SAP
- Liaise with the bank to handle special payment terms
- Contribute to CRM reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Define country-specific payment and export terms
- Manage special shipping requests and ensure timely delivery
Requirements:
- Commercial apprenticeship or similar education
- Up to 3 years of working experience in a similar position
- Strong English and German language skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
