Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented KAM Central Assistant to join our team at CYBEX GMBH. As a key member of our logistics and customer service team, you will be responsible for managing orders, planning deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders efficiently and accurately via phone, email, or EDI package
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and smooth logistics
  • Support the accounts payable and finance department with administrative tasks
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, key accounts, and distribution partners
  • Perform administrative and organizational tasks to maintain a high level of productivity
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Assist in testing new transactions and processes in SAP
  • Liaise with the bank to handle special payment terms
  • Contribute to CRM reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Define country-specific payment and export terms
  • Manage special shipping requests and ensure timely delivery

    Requirements:

    • Commercial apprenticeship or similar education
    • Up to 3 years of working experience in a similar position
    • Strong English and German language skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
