Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Central Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing Databricks to prospective customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in Central Europe.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customer organizations.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts to understand their business needs and develop compelling sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop territory strategies, build pipelines, and drive adoption.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Databricks' products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or role.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
