We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead and manage a team dedicated to providing exceptional solutions within the Life Science industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to strategically contribute to our continued success and expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve ambitious targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
  • Take full ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, providing accurate and timely forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the recruitment, development, and mentorship of a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the global sales team, ensuring consistent performance and alignment with company goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience leading and managing sales teams within the Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • A university degree in a science-related field, preferably with a focus on Life Sciences.
  • Demonstrated success in managing direct reports within Germany.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, driven by results and the ability to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives.
