Digital Marketing Coordinator

Humanetics Europe GmbH is a leader in the development of digital crash test dummy twins, human body models, and associated simulation software platforms.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) focusing on Growth Marketing to enhance our marketing initiatives and support our business expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our marketing team, you will:
- Lead management campaigns in close collaboration with global sales teams.
- Design and implement engaging content strategies, marketing campaigns, and landing pages aimed at boosting inbound marketing and lead generation through SEO/SEM.
- Manage the creation and upkeep of forms, landing pages, campaigns, reports, and dashboards in HubSpot, while coordinating with the Salesforce Administrator to ensure data integrity and synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Plan, organize, and oversee logistics for trade events, ensuring a strong presence to connect with customers and integrate data from webinars and events into marketing strategies.
- Develop data-driven marketing automations to nurture, qualify, and score leads, as well as deliver account-based marketing initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a combination of creativity, analytical abilities, and technical skills to propel our marketing efforts forward, engaging with all levels of the organization:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a technical B2B environment.
- Proficient in Google Data Studio, Search Console, Google Ads, and HubSpot CRM.
- Experience in email marketing, maintaining data integrity, and spreadsheet modeling.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Knowledge of GDPR/PECR compliance in marketing practices.
- Fluency in English.
