Position Summary: We are seeking a full-time, permanent Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team in Heidelberg. This role is essential in driving our marketing strategies and supporting our business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead management campaign execution, collaborating closely with global sales teams.
- Craft and implement engaging content strategies, marketing initiatives, and landing pages aimed at boosting inbound marketing and lead generation through SEO/SEM efforts.
- Manage the creation and upkeep of forms, landing pages, campaigns, reports, and dashboards in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and synchronization with Salesforce.
- Coordinate logistics for trade events, ensuring a robust presence to engage with customers and integrate insights from webinars and events into marketing strategies.
- Develop data-driven marketing automation processes to nurture, qualify, and score leads, focusing on account-based marketing.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented marketing professional with a unique blend of creativity, analytical capabilities, and technical expertise:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a technical B2B environment.
- Proficient in Google Data Studio, Search Console, Google Ads, and HubSpot CRM.
- Experience in email marketing, data integrity maintenance, and spreadsheet analysis.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adhere to established processes.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Knowledge of GDPR/PECR compliance in marketing.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and accountability.
- Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
- Creative problem-solver with strong numerical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
