Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Craft captivating content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
  • Social Media Oversight: Enhance PAICON's digital footprint through strategic content creation and engagement.
  • SEO and SEM Strategies: Refine content for search engine visibility and support marketing initiatives.
  • Data Interpretation: Evaluate marketing performance metrics and compile insightful reports.
  • Email Outreach: Design and disseminate email campaigns while monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify trends and opportunities within the digital healthcare space.
Qualifications
  • Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Availability: Capable of committing to part-time work (20 hours per week) alongside academic responsibilities.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
  • Experience: Prior experience in digital marketing is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software, social media management platforms, and email marketing applications.
  • Analytical Skills: Competence in deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Creativity: Strong creative abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
