We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Digital Marketing Coordinator (m/f/d) – Communications to enhance our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our marketing department, you will undertake the following responsibilities to propel our marketing strategies and foster business expansion:

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify business objectives, initiate marketing campaigns, and generate demand through targeted lead generation efforts.
  • Design, implement, and oversee creative visual marketing materials, encompassing print collateral, videos, website content, and advertisements, as well as multimedia digital assets for focused CRM campaigns.
  • Compose, edit, and refine content for sales materials, advertisements, industry publications, and targeted communications such as newsletters.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and manage logistics for trade events to engage clients and cultivate relationships, integrating data from webinars and events into our marketing strategies.
  • Enhance brand visibility by assisting in meticulous preparation for corporate events and maintaining internal resources such as inventory tracking, global contacts, and the corporate event calendar.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creativity and technical expertise to advance our marketing efforts while engaging all levels of the organization:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a technical B2B environment.
  • Strong writing and creative skills, including proficiency in video editing and visual content creation (familiarity with Adobe software is a plus).
  • Experience in organizing events.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms in a B2B context (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adhere to established processes.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of GDPR/PECR compliance in marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
