Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) – Communications to enhance our marketing initiatives and support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:As a vital member of our marketing team, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Partner with sales leadership to establish business priorities, initiate marketing campaigns, and generate demand through lead generation strategies.
- Create, implement, and oversee innovative visual marketing materials, including print media, videos, website content, and advertisements, as well as multimedia digital assets for targeted CRM campaigns.
- Draft, edit, and proofread content for sales materials, advertisements, industry publications, and targeted communications such as newsletters.
- Coordinate logistics for trade events to engage clients and foster relationships, integrating data from webinars and events into marketing strategies.
- Enhance brand visibility by meticulously preparing for corporate events and maintaining internal resources such as inventory tracking and the corporate event calendar.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented marketing professional who possesses a unique blend of creativity and technical skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a technical B2B environment.
- Exceptional writing and creative abilities, including proficiency in video editing and visual content creation (familiarity with Adobe software is preferred).
- Strong event planning and organizational skills.
- Experience with B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adhere to processes.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Knowledge of GDPR/PECR compliance in marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in English is required.
