We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) – Communications to join our dynamic marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will contribute significantly to our marketing initiatives and support our business objectives through the following tasks:
- Partner with sales leadership to establish business priorities, initiate marketing campaigns, and stimulate demand through lead generation efforts.
- Create, implement, and oversee innovative visual marketing materials, including print media, videos, website content, and advertisements, as well as multimedia digital assets for targeted customer relationship management campaigns.
- Craft, edit, and refine content for sales collateral, advertisements, industry publications, and targeted communications such as newsletters.
- Coordinate, schedule, and manage logistics for trade shows and events to foster customer engagement and relationship building, while integrating data from webinars and events into our marketing strategies.
- Enhance brand visibility by assisting in meticulous preparation for corporate events and maintaining internal resources such as inventory tracking, global contacts, and the corporate event calendar.
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented marketing professional who possesses a combination of creativity and technical expertise to propel our marketing strategies forward while engaging all levels of the organization:
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a technical B2B environment.
- Exceptional writing and creative abilities, including video editing and visual content development (familiarity with Adobe software is preferred).
- Proven skills in event planning and organization.
- Experience with social media marketing on B2B platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adhere to established processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
- Understanding of GDPR/PECR compliance in marketing practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a sense of initiative and accountability.
- Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.
- Creative problem solver with excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
