Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our transactions team. As a Real Estate Transactions Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the acquisition of single assets, portfolios, and property or development companies, as well as setting up joint ventures and investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct real estate valuation analysis and cash flow modeling
  • Perform market research and technical specs analysis
  • Assist in making investment decisions through various analyses
  • Prepare investment memoranda for investment committees
  • Support due diligence processes and deal execution
Requirements
  • Student from a leading business school, engineering school, or university
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Excellent English and German working proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
