We're seeking an astute and determined professional to assist our transactions team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for a wide range of transactions, including the acquisition of single assets, portfolios, and property or development companies. You'll also be involved in setting up joint ventures and investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Real estate valuation analysis and cash flow modeling
  • Market research and analysis
  • Technical specifications and CapEx analysis
  • Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
  • Preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees
  • Supporting due diligence processes and deal execution
Requirements:
  • Student from a leading business school, engineering school, or university
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Excellent English and German working proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in an easy, concise, and simple manner
