At PGIM Real Estate, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our transactions team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting market research, and performing technical analyses to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct real estate valuation analysis and cash flow modeling to inform investment decisions
  • Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees
  • Support due diligence processes and deal execution
Requirements:
  • Student from a leading business school, engineering school, or university
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Excellent English and German working proficiency
