At PGIM Real Estate, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our transactions team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting market research, and performing technical analyses to support investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct real estate valuation analysis and cash flow modeling to support investment decisions
  • Perform market research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and present investment memoranda and other reports to support investment decisions
  • Support due diligence processes and deal execution

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
