Job Summary

We are seeking an astute and determined professional to assist our transactions team in a wide range of transactions, including the acquisition of single assets, portfolios, and property or development companies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of proficiency with MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Real estate valuation analysis and cash flow modeling
  • Market research and technical specs analysis
  • Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions
  • Preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees
  • Support due diligence processes and deal execution
Requirements
  • Student from a leading business school, engineering school, or university
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office tools
  • Excellent English and German working proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
