Real Estate Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Analyst to join our European Real Estate Asset Management Coordination Office. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Real Estate Asset Management department in various projects across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of ESG and smart initiatives
  • Contribute to setting up harmonized services for our clients
  • Coordinate and facilitate Real Estate Asset Management activities within the organization
  • Harmonize Real Estate Asset Management tasks and business approaches with a focus on processes and tool efficiency
  • Support promoting harmonization of business planning modeling practices and reporting standardization across Europe
  • Support Smart building initiatives across regions
  • Contribute to setting up the data asset management platform and developing relevant use cases
  • Contribute to IT-tool related projects and other related data-driven projects
Requirements:
  • Successfully completed studies in real estate or economics (with additional real estate qualifications)
  • Internship or working student experience in real estate asset management is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in German and English is a requirement
  • Hands-on and self-initiative mentality, and perseverance in completing projects and tasks
