Ihre Aufgaben- Planung und Steuerung von Beschaffungsaktivitäten zur Erstellung von Wartungsdokumentationen gemäß Kundenanforderungen.
- Koordination der Beschaffung von Eingabedaten für die Erstellung von Wartungsdokumentationen, einschließlich der Eingaben von Unterlieferanten.
- Verwaltung der internen und externen Vergabe von Aufträgen an technische Redakteure.
- Verwaltung des internen und externen Kundenfeedbacks.
- Verwaltung der Arbeitslast und Budgets für die Wartungsdokumentation und Optimierung.
- Unterstützung, Implementierung und Verwaltung von Projekten und Innovationsprozessen im Bereich der Wartungsdokumentation.
- Organisation von Kundenschulungen gemäß Kundenanforderungen.
- Verwaltung der Schulungsbewertung und Nutzung der gewonnenen Erfahrungen.
