Accounts Receivable Student Assistant

As part of our commitment to excellence, KWS SAAT SE is seeking a Working Student in Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) who is proficient in Russian or Polish and English. This role is based in Berlin and is ideal for individuals who are eager to work autonomously while maintaining a service-oriented approach. We value self-motivation, teamwork, and adaptability, and we are excited to meet candidates who share these qualities. This position offers a temporary contract lasting between 6 and 24 months.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reconciliation of customer payments, execute accounts receivable transactions, and resolve any discrepancies with clients.
  • Engage regularly with customers, sales, logistics, credit management, and other financial departments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial closings for the entire KWS Group.
  • Assist in generating aging reports and implementing dunning processes.
  • Ensure all activities comply with KWS’s established rules, guidelines, and procedures.

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Basic understanding of financial operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact formally and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Polish or Russian is required.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, along with a sense of accountability.
  • Experience in finance is advantageous but not essential.
