Accounts Receivable Working Student

As part of our commitment to excellence, KWS SAAT SE is seeking a Working Student in Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) who is proficient in Russian or Polish and English. This role is based in Berlin and is ideal for individuals who are eager to work autonomously while providing exceptional service. We value self-motivation, teamwork, and adaptability, and we are excited to meet candidates who share these qualities. This position offers a temporary contract lasting between 6 and 24 months.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reconciliation of customer payments, handle accounts receivable transactions, and resolve any discrepancies with clients.
  • Engage regularly with customers, sales teams, logistics, credit management, and colleagues from various financial departments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for the entire KWS Group.
  • Assist in generating aging reports and managing dunning processes.
  • Ensure all tasks are executed in accordance with KWS policies, guidelines, and procedures.

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Basic understanding of financial operations.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Polish or Russian is required.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities, along with a sense of accountability.
  • Previous experience in finance is advantageous but not essential.
