This exciting job is a temporary 6 to 24 months working student contract.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for clearing customer payments, performing accounts receivable-related tasks, and clarifying discrepancies with customers.
- You will have constant contact with customers, sales, logistics, credit management, and colleagues in other financial departments.
- You will participate in preparing the monthly and quarterly closings for the KWS Group.
- You will assist in creating ageing reports and dunning procedures.
- You will execute all activities in compliance with rules, guidelines, and procedures of KWS.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in progress in Business Administration or Finance.
- General understanding of financial processes.
- Professional level of communication skills to communicate effectively with external and internal clients.
- Polish or Russian language skills at a fluent level.
- Good English language skills.
- Good organizational and prioritizing skills, as well as accountability.
- Experience in finance is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
