Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Strategic Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our founders in various commercial tasks, including sales, marketing, finance, and business development. You will also have the opportunity to create and implement processes and workflows that will drive the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercialization Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercialization strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
  • Process Development: Create and refine processes and workflows that will drive efficiency and effectiveness in our commercial departments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales, business development, and product teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Agile Ways of Working: Contribute to the development of agile ways of working that will enable our team to respond quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Customer Centricity: Support the development of customer-centric strategies that will drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and a passion for startup building.
  • Experience in marketing and sales activities.
  • Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment.
  • An interest in learning from others and taking on new challenges.
