Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Operations Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our C-Level executives to develop and implement strategic projects that drive business growth and expansion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Lead and execute end-to-end project management for top business priorities, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Recruit and retain top talent, including C-level, VP, and Director positions, and support in hiring, onboarding, and process development.
  • Lead key strategic projects, defining the overall company strategy and driving critical business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a fast-growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Strong organizational talent and leadership skills, with a strategic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English.
