About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Alois Müller GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our energy solutions, including mobile and modular energy centers, photovoltaic solutions, and project developments in the field of district and industrial heating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base, with a focus on energy concepts and project developments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including energy suppliers, contractors, industrial clients, and public institutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Collaborate closely with our calculation and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of our energy solutions
  • Report directly to the management team and contribute to the development of our sales strategy

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a field such as energy technology, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the heating technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of the energy market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent German language skills
