Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Global Blue. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our departmental heads, ensuring the delivery of our HR roadmap, and building strong relationships with our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Lead on investigations, disciplinary, grievance, or capability processes
  • Collaborate with our HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
  • Manage and monitor departmental KPIs and ensure accuracy and compliance with SOX and GDPR
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our managers and employees
  • Ensure effective on-boarding and off-boarding processes
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR data and reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a HR Generalist/HRBP
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Strong knowledge of German employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
