Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Global Blue. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and teams in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide HR guidance and support to departmental heads and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, including employee turnover, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations in Germany and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
