Job Title: Country HR Business Partner Germany

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business leaders and employees in Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to our business leaders and employees in Germany, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with our global HR team to ensure consistency and alignment with our global HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to our business leaders and employees on employment law and regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support HR initiatives.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective use of HR funds.
  • Develop and implement HR metrics and reporting to measure HR performance and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations in Germany.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
