Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Analyst to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of CRM systems, complemented by a strategic outlook and robust analytical capabilities. This position is vital for enhancing our lead management operations, supporting our sales and marketing initiatives, and propelling our business success in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive lead management strategies to maximize CRM efficiency and return on investment.
  • Perform thorough analyses of lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Enhance the utilization of Salesforce and HubSpot to improve lead qualification, tracking, and pipeline oversight.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM strategies are in line with overarching business goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights into campaign effectiveness and lead management.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the effective use of CRM tools, ensuring compliance with best practices in data management.
  • Oversee and improve CRM data quality and integrity, implementing necessary enhancements to uphold high standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to continually refine our lead management processes.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a CRM analyst role or a similar capacity, with a strong emphasis on lead management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
