About the Role

The Customer Success Manager is a critical position at Jedox, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and C-Level executives
  • Drive client satisfaction and product adoption through proactive engagement and advocacy initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within client businesses and collaborate with sales teams to cross-sell and upsell
  • Conduct regular business reviews to maximize value and success for clients
  • Streamline interactions between clients and Jedox, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Communicate areas of improvement in client experience to enhance products and services
  • Develop a deep understanding of client industries, businesses, competitors, and strategies
  • Ensure client portfolio renewal and identify risks to mitigate

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-centric role
  • Proven track record of managing high-value customer relationships
  • Cross-functional experience in pre-sales and management consulting or similar consulting experiences
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management solutions or similar solutions relating to data management, business intelligence, and data analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings and host webinars
  • Eager to collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Experience using a CRM and Customer Success solution
  • Bachelor's degree or corresponding experience in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Excellent German and English language skills
