About the Role

The Customer Success Manager is a critical position at Jedox, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, empowering them to achieve their goals and become promoters of Jedox.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and C-Level executives, providing guidance and support to drive business success.
  • Drive high client satisfaction and increased product adoption through proactive engagement and advocacy initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion within clients' businesses and collaborate with sales teams to cross-sell and upsell.
  • Streamline interactions between clients and Jedox, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to maximize value and success.
  • Orchestrate client journeys between Jedox, partners, and clients, ensuring a cohesive and effective experience.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-centric role, with a proven track record of managing high-value customer relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and create effective customer meetings.
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management solutions or similar solutions relating to data management, business intelligence, and data analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings and host webinars.
  • Experience using a CRM and Customer Success solution, such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • Bachelor's degree or corresponding experience in Business, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
