About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our sales plan, including market development and account sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to drive business growth in Germany
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, coordination, and management of all resources required to sell
  • Drive the development and execution of our sales methodology and processes
  • Manage the decision-making process, contract negotiation, and sales closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the IT/software industry
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement and delivery
  • Excellent client-facing and client management skills
  • Extensive experience in a related sales field, preferably in supply chain and logistics
  • Fluent in German and English, with Dutch as a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent through business experience
  • Experience working with WMS, Omni Channel, or TMS
