About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Germany, primarily focusing on Manhattan Associates. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan to drive business growth and revenue expansion in Germany.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, resource coordination, and sales closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy and execution.
- Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales leadership and business development in the software/IT industry.
- Extensive experience in client-facing and sales management.
- Fluent in German and English, with Dutch as a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent through business experience.
- Experience working with WMS, Omni Channel, or TMS.
