Sales Director

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Director and take on the challenge of driving revenue growth and developing commercial strategies that exceed expectations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve sales targets, while maintaining strong relationships with our hotels and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business plans and revenue budgets
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to define sales targets and monitor progress
- Lead regular follow-up meetings and present regional sales performance
- Maintain close contact with General Managers and hotel teams
- Represent the Meliá Hotels International brand and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a passion for customer contact
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with numbers
- Knowledge of the market and ability to identify opportunities for growth
