About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Intern to join our team at Parcel Shuttle. As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, data analysis, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Team: Assist with CRM tasks, including funnel management, data clean-up, lead qualification, and setting up automated communication.
  • Event Logistics: Ensure materials are available, coordinate with organizers, and set up booths onsite.
  • Data Analysis: Apply analytical skills to work with data, particularly in Excel, to support sales activities.
  • Project Coordination: Participate in larger projects, such as demo calls, and gain insights into advancing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to align strategies and content.
Requirements
  • Student Status: Currently enrolled as a student (preferably in marketing, communications, or business administration).
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Independence: Capable of working independently and in a structured manner.
  • Responsibility: Dependable, eager to take on responsibility, and enjoy working creatively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems.
