IT Service Manager (m/w/d) für IT Service Management
Ihre Aufgaben
- Hauptansprechpartner:in und Eskalationsinstanz für Führungskräfte (z.B. Chefärzt:innen, Pflegedirektionen, Abteilungsleiter:innen) in allen relevanten IT-Angelegenheiten im Rahmen eines "IT Key Account Managements".
- Kooperation mit Klinikvertreter:innen zur Analyse und Priorisierung neuer Anforderungen, Erkennung übergreifender Abhängigkeiten und Initiierung von Projektaufträgen.
- Bündelung der Bedürfnisse seitens der Kliniken, Fachabteilungen und anderen Einrichtungen, Synchronisation dieser und Übernahme einer übergreifenden Koordination mit den Projektleitern.
- Gegebenenfalls Übernahme von (Teil-)Projektleitungen mit IT-Bezug und/oder die Rolle des IT Change Managers.
- Regelmäßige Abstimmungstermine mit Klinikleitungen.
- Kontinuierliches Reporting und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Team- und IT-Leitung.
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation des Bearbeitungsstatus in Richtung Kliniken, Fachabteilungen und andere Einrichtungen.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Medizininformatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im medizinischen oder klinischen IT-Umfeld erforderlich.
- Vertrautheit mit Begriffen wie KIS, KAS, RIS, LIS, PACS und IHE. Grundkenntnisse in Schnittstellenstandards wie HL7, DICOM und FHIR sind wünschenswert.
- ITIL-Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil, Erfahrung in ITIL-basierten Enterprise-IT-Organisationen ist wünschenswert.
- Erfahrung in der Kommunikation, Präsentation und Durchführung von Workshops in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere auf Führungsebene.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Neugierde sind Ihre Stärken.
